The RPG Story

Starting as a carpenter, our CEO Paul became a licensed builder in the early 1990s.
Initially engaged in deck construction, he redirected his focus toward building custom-designed, high-end residential properties in Kiama, a coastal area in NSW.
With remarkable craftsmanship and customer service, the team became the region’s leading builder for many years.
Over the following decades, we grew and evolved into RPG, a best-in-class volume home developer, renowned for our investor-focused strategies and high standard of qualities.
But we feel like we’re only at the beginning of our journey.
From programming and inspections to quality control, today’s RPG leverages cutting-edge technology to streamline the process of developing properties for investors.
